In sand dunes on the Ross peninsula. This midden, associated with a number of hut sites (MA15-059002-) and a burial (MA015-059003-), was noted in the late 19th-century by Knowles (1889-91, 616), who recorded the following: "The black layer, with sea shells and black pebbles, was well developed , but I did not obtain any flint or pottery." The exact location of the midden was not recorded and remains unknown.
