Unknown Townland holds a sub-triangular granite boulder, 0.5m x 0.4m, moved from Co. Carlow and decorated with a symmetrical design of cup holes, circles and straight lines. It is not a lost ruin but a living marker: a small stone carrying older marks into a new place. Whoever set it there believed the pattern should still be seen, remembered and walked past.

Likely dating to the Neolithic or Bronze Age, this rock art may have held ritual or symbolic significance, possibly linked to fertility, celestial observation, or territorial markers. The symmetrical arrangement of cup marks and geometric motifs is typical of prehistoric ceremonial landscapes in Ireland.
