Detached five-bay single-storey U-plan house over half basement with attic, built c.1780, having four-bay returns. Hipped slate roof, gabled to returns, with render chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with replacement timber windows with cut limestone sills. Timber panelled door with cobweb fanlight set in round-headed opening. Replacement concrete steps leading to entrance. Outbuilding to west having hipped slate roof and rubble limestone walls.
