What is recorded here

A deposit (Wth 1.44m; D 0.18m) of mixed brushwood and occasional twigs. The brushwood is closely spaced and regularly laid in two separate groups orientated NE-SW and N-S. Irregularly laid brushwood and twigs are interspersed between these groups. The wood is in very poor condition and lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with ericaceous remains.
