On a terrace of a gentle NE-facing slope. Circular area (int. diam. 39.5m NE-SW) defined by a stone spread (Wth 2.2m; H 0.3-0.6m) with a later drystone wall (H 1.2m) on its inner edge N-SW. Farm buildings impinge on the perimeter SW-N. It was used as a cattle pound, and is now used as a farmyard.
