What is recorded here
Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, an earthen ring where human history thins into legend. Its name suggests direction, as if the land itself pointed someone toward a hidden chamber or warned them away from a hungry dark. The clay may have held a farm, a temple or a prison for creatures who never died. Whatever it was, it stopped answering human questions and became a marker for the kinds of people who still listen when the wind changes.
