This site was located in the industrial peatlands of Cloonshannagh Bog. It was found located 0.11m below and to the S of the S extent of RO-CLS103/14E0260 and 0.72m below the current bog surface. Excavation in 2014 (licence 14E0260) revealed a platform composed of mainly heavy roundwoods with occasional brushwood and occasional plank fragments covering an area measuring 2.5 x 2.9m in size. The elements were species identified as alder, ash and oak and were mainly oriented NE–SW with occasional elements overlying and running underneath. They were in a moderate to good state of preservation and were densely laid a maximum of two to three deep. This site was dated to cal. 903-802 BC (Coughlan and Whitaker 2019).
