Indicated is the Piercetown parish graveyard, a rectangular field of the dead bounded by earthen banks and trees on a NE-facing slope in County Meath. It sits in a slight col with higher ground half a kilometre to the north, while a road passes outside its SW perimeter. The place is small enough to walk across in minutes, yet large enough to hold generations of local memory beneath its soil.

Located towards the bottom of a NE-facing slope, which is in a slight col with slightly higher ground c. 500m to the N. The parish church of Piercetown (ME033-019----) is within a rectangular graveyard (dims c. 45m NW-SE; c. 40m NE-SW) defined by earthen banks and trees with, a NW-SE road outside the perimeter at SW.
