Castle Lennox stands in Perth and Kinross as a possible medieval castle, its 15th-century tower wearing a double-story cap house and corbelled parapet like a crown. The old tower still holds relics of Mary, Queen of Scots, including her death mask, ring, and casket, while the vaulted great hall displays Flemish tapestries beside a large fireplace added by the Bairds. A spiral stair descends past the original gate and dungeon into a lower vault now made into a chapel, keeping the castle’s old dangers and private prayers alive beneath its polished rooms.

Built by the Lennox family in the 14th century, Castle Lennox is remembered as a historic seat of the Dukes of Lennox and for its strategic significance in the history of the Scottish nobility.
