What is recorded here

Hayscastle is a Welsh village where a Norman castle mound still rises twenty feet above the green fields. The land has held Roman remains, medieval worship and wartime radar, while people have continued to gather for shows, meetings and shared meals. The old Y Cross inn became a community-owned place after years of local support. History is not buried there; it keeps appearing in ordinary life.
