Detached three-bay single-storey house, built c. 1900. Pitched slate roof. Rendered walls. Segmental-headed window openings with red brick block-and-start surrounds and stone sills, having square-headed three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-profile rubble stone and brick piers and corrugated-iron double-leaf gates to site entrance.
