This blue commemorative plaque records: Dukes Palace Bridge which spanned the River Wensum from 1822 to 1972. The cast iron arch was saved by the Norwich Society and presented to Castle Mall. It was restored and re-erected in 1992 Recorded plaque organisation: Norwich Society.
