This commemorative plaque records: Joiners Lane, David Brown's Smithy c.1900. The blacksmith, assistants and children. Mr Brown's son Robert forged the wrought iron decoration around the Jubilee clock on Gold Hill. Recorded plaque organisation: Celfunde Inheritance.
