This blue commemorative plaque records: Dodds Sisters Hope (1885-1972), Ruth (1890-1976) & Sylvia (1892-1969) lived here. They founded the Little Theatre, Saltwell View. Ruth Dodds was made an honorary freeman of Gateshead in 1965. Recorded plaque organisation: Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council.
