This blue commemorative plaque records: In this house lived the Reverend Robert Harris (1764-1862) who was for 64 years Vicar of St George's Church, and his son Edmund Robert Harris (1803-1877) whose generous bequest led to the establishment of the Harris Free Library, Museum and Art Gallery Recorded plaque organisation: Friends of the Harris Museum and Art Gallery.
