This brushed metal commemorative plaque records: Temple 2000 George Wyllie RSA MBE This sculpture marks the site of the original Rolls Royce factory. It was inspired by the memories of local people, many of whom worked at the factory, and was commissioned as part of the 'Manchester Coming Home' Millennium celebrations.
