What is recorded here

This blue commemorative plaque records: No.11 The Pallant. Built in the early 1800's, this attractive house is in the old South Hampshire tradition of grey bricks with red borders, a parapet roof and bow windows. It is unusual in having the bow windows on both floors. Recorded plaque organisation: Rotary Club of Havant, Havant Borough Council.
