This blue commemorative plaque records: Magnolia House. This is an excellent example of the Georgian Houses which made East Street one of the most desirable parts of town to live. Notice the impressive porch and doorway, which is relatively unchanged since the house was first constructed. Recorded plaque organisation: Rotary Club of Havant.
