This black commemorative plaque records: The White Hart The 'White Hart' was the emblem of Richard II (1377-1399) who lived at King's Langley Palace. The inn, dating from c.1655, has several ghost stories associated with it. Recorded plaque organisation: Hemel Hempstead Old Town Heritage Trail.
