This black commemorative plaque records: Stepney Bank Stables 1897. Built by the Globe Parcel Express Company, and later owned by Frank Wouter, a local horse dealer, these are the last of the Ouseburn’s once numerous working stables. Recorded plaque organisation: The Ouseburn Trust.
