This blue commemorative plaque records: Sailed from Yarmouth Roads on 9th October 1793 HMS Lutine with 250 passangers/crew and a cargo of gold and silver valued at £2,000,000 and sank off the Frisian Islands with only one survivor. The Lutine Bell now hang in Lloyd's of London Recorded plaque organisation: Great Yarmouth Local History and Archaeological Society.
