What is recorded here

This black commemorative plaque records: This house was built for chantry priests of the Clunaic order who served the parish church from 12th to 16th century. In 1540 it was included by Henry VIII as part of the settlement of Anne of Cleves.

A plaque record does not grant entry to a building or private land. View it from a public place unless permission is clearly given.
