This blue commemorative plaque records: Open Air Swimming Pool. Built in 1869, this is one of the oldest public open air swimming pools in the country. using natural spring water, the pool has been heated since 1931. The pool is now a charity, run by volunteers since 1973 Recorded plaque organisation: Cirencester Civic Society.
