This blue commemorative plaque records: This building was erected in 1852 and known locally as "The Town Hall" because various rooms were let for civic purposes. These included an overseers office, a branch library and, upstairs, a concert or lecture room. Sponsored by The T.S.B. Recorded plaque organisation: Frodsham Society.
A plaque record does not grant entry to a building or private land. View it from a public place unless permission is clearly given.
