This brown commemorative plaque records: Worsley Court House (Grade II) Built 1849 for the 1st Earl of Ellesmere. Originally Court Leet and Village Hall, later Magistrates Court. Built over the site of the village stocks. Recorded plaque organisation: City of Salford.
