This blue commemorative plaque records: 18 Park Place This house, restored to its former grandeur by MEPC plc in 1988, is situated in one of the most elegant streets of Georgian Leeds. Merchants and gentlemen were attracted here by the then beautiful view of the river and neighbouring hills. Erected 1788. Recorded plaque organisation: Leeds Civic Trust.
