What is recorded here

Graveslab in Oldcroghan marks a buried life at the base of Croghan hill. The stone has stood since 1804, holding the name and memory of someone the region no longer speaks aloud. Rain, foot traffic and time have softened its edges, but the slab still belongs to the hill. It is not a display or a warning. It is a address written in stone for someone who lived, died and was remembered.
