Classified in the SMR (1987) as an unlocated house at Grogan Burrow (13) on the basis of the Down Survey (1656-8) parish map of Tacumshin parish in NLI (ms 725; microfilm: P 7384; N 6380). This is one of three cabins on the parish map, but only one house (WX053-058----) is marked on the barony map of Forth. The location of this house is not known precisely. For the Down Survey barony map see this web-page accessed on 14 February, 2014: http://downsurvey.tcd.ie/down-survey-maps.php#bm=Forth&c=Wexford Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 18 February, 2014 Amended: 24 February, 2014

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.

The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
