Two small houses are marked on the Down Survey (1656-8) parish map of St. Iberius’ parish in NLI (ms 725; microfilm (P 7384; N 6380) at Butlerstown. According to the terrier or commentary there is one thatched house at Butlerstown (Hore 1949, 49). The location of this house is not known.
