Situated on a rise in a low-lying landscape. This is a greatly eroded, slightly dished and grass-covered subcircular area (max. dims 51m E-W; 47m N-S) defined by a slight scarp that is most clearly visible NW-E-S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
