Inside the church of Tintern (WX045-029001-) at the E end are three worn memorials on the ground. That at the centre is illegible but is thought to be late 17th century in date. It has been recorded by B. Cantwell (1974-84, vol. 8, No. 383, A, No. 4) as: Here lyeth the body of/ Francis Clerk Daugh/ter to Sir Francis Clerak/ of….Oxford/ ----&.. os Cesar/ Colclough of….. (Nine further lines)
