What is recorded here

Located towards the top of the SE-facing slope of a low NE-SW ridge. The cropmark of a circular area (diam. c. 30m) defined by a single slight fosse is visible on iMAPs (2022), and it is also visible on Map Genie (2005-12). It was first reported by Jean Charles Caillére. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
