Situated on a NE-facing slope, with ta N-S section of the Corock River c. 250m to the ENE. A magnetic gradiometer survey (20R0129) over an extensive area identified a small enclosure (diam. c. 15m) defined by a fosse, with an opening (Wth c. 5m) at SE. There may be two or three internal pits, but the defining ditch appears to cut the ENE-WSW cultivation ridges that run parallel with the present shorter field banks. This could be a relatively modern feature. (Nicholls 2020, 8 F 14, Figs 7, 20)
