What is recorded here

Situated towards the top of a W-facing slope with the source of a small NE-SW stream just to the W. The stream joins the NNW-SSE Owenduff River c. 500m to the SW. This is a circular area of burnt and broken stone (diam. c. 15m) visible when the area is ploughed. It is visible as a dark area on the photographic images of Google Earth (2010). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
