Located on a NE-facing slope. The cropmark of a bivallate circular enclosure (int. diam. c. 30m; ext. diam. c. 45m) is visible on aerial photographs (NMSAP, 26977, 16 18). It is also visible on digital aerial photographs (WX039-074_1 to _9) taken in 2006, which show an entrance gap through both ditch features at SSE, and on the aerial photographs of the Ordnance Survey (2000) and faintly on those of Google Earth (2005).
