What is recorded here

Situated on a rise at the edge of cliffs down to the sea-shore, which is immedately to the E. This is a circular, dished, grass and fern-covered area (diam. 28m E-W) defined by a flat bottomed fosse (Wth of top 8.5m; int. D 1-1.8m; ext. D 1.2-1.7m) with an external bank (Wth 5m; ext.
