Classified as an unlocated church in the SMR (1990), probably misunderstanding a statement of John O'Donovan writing c. 1840 (O'Flanagan 1933, vol. 1, 14) that the site of the old church of Clogh is occupied by the modern Church of Ireland church. This is a reference to the site of the parish church of Liskinfere (WX011-036001-).

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
