Located on a rise on a W-facing slope with a NE-SW stream c. 200m to the NW. This is a raised and overgrown rectangular area (dims. 31m E-W; 28m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-5m; int. H 0.3-0.8m) with raised corners and external flat-bottomed moats (Wth of top 4.5 at W to 8.5m at N; int. D 1.5 at W to 2.5m at N).
