Marked as rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 65m E-W; c. 60m N-S) incorporated into the field system on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a slight N-S ridge. No feature is visible at ground level in pasture, although it is visible as a faint rectangular area on the OSI aerial photographs (2000, 2005). The site might simply be a field.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
