Excavated (E3475) during 2005 by L. Mckinstry as Site 10 at Moneylawn Lower, which was one of the excavations undertaken in advance of the construction of the N11 Arklow-Gorey link-road. Situated on a slight S-facing slope with a NW-SE stream c. 10m to the W, but an ancient channel (Wth 5-7m) was immedeatly to the W of the site. Six small spreads of burnt stone were excavated, and one small pit (diam. 0.5m; D 0.26m), but no artefacts were recovered.
