The site (L 11.3m min.; Wth 1.87m; D 0.2m) is orientated N-S and includes three roundwoods (diam. 0.08-0.12m) and two timbers, all longitudinally laid. Set transversely to these is a single timber and one roundwood. The wood is in good condition. The transverse timber (L 0.59m; Wth 0.22m; D 0.04m) is an inner tangential split and has an intact square mortice. The longitudinal timber (L 0.92m; Wth 0.14m) is degraded but has a possible mortice. Both of the timbers and one of the roundwoods have metal-cut toolmarks. This site lies in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum.
