What is recorded here

Described in 1977 as an enclosure that is situated at the SW end of small NE-SW ridge with good views to the S and SW. The monument consists of an oval-shaped area (diam. 27m NW-SE; c. 26m NE-SW) defined by a low earth and stone bank with a shallow external fosse only visible at SW. The poorly preserved bank is best preserved from S to SW where there is some evidence of internal stone facing. There several gaps in the bank which all appear to be of recent date. No original entrance feature could be identified. The external fosse at SW may be a later feature associated with a modern field fence that runs past the monument from S to SW.
