Situated on a slight rise, in pasture. Depicted on the revised 1910 ed. OS 25-inch map as a circular-shaped earthwork. Levelled monument described in 1973 as a roughly circular-shaped area (diam. 30m) defined by a pale green cropmark of differential growth which presumably delineates a backfilled fosse. Levelled monument is visible today as the arc of a cropmark from S-W-NW on Digital Globe aerial photography. The NE half of the monument is now occupied by a modern dwelling house.
