What is recorded here

Situated in relatively low-lying, rough, wet pasture. Incorporated into a deserted medieval settlement (WM025-111004-) and an ancient field system (WM025-111001-) is a circular-shaped house site c. 20m to W of enclosure (WM025-114----). A second house site (WM025-111002-) lies c. 50m to NW, an enclosure (WM025-113----) lies c. 52m to W and a ringfort (WM025-112----) lies c. 135m to NW. The archaeological complex that encompasses this house site lies c. 165m to SE of St Maol Tuile (St Multilly’s) holy well and c. 290m to S of ecclesiastical remains consisting of high cross (WM025-110005-) and the medieval parish church (WM025-110002-) & graveyard (WM025-110004-) of Dysart which are situated on the site of an Early Christian monastery which was founded here in the 8th or 9th century by St Maol Tuile.
