Situated on top of a steep rocky knoll, in pasture. Monument described in 1970s as a circular-shaped area (diam. 22m) enclosed by a high earth and stone bank (int. H 0.5-0.75m) with evidence of internal stone facing with a possible entrance gap (Wth at top 4.9m; basal Wth 1.3m) at SE. The interior rises slightly from the perimeter towards the centre and there are no visible features of significance. A modern stone wall encloses the base of the knoll and there are radial banks between the wall and the base of the bank which appear to be relatively modern.
