What is recorded here

On wet poorly drained land that has been panted with modern coniferous plantation, adjacent to the townland boundary with Wooddown.  Circular-shaped possible enclosure visible on Google Maps as a circular-shaped area (approx. diam. 90m) defined by a ring of trees forming a circular shaped enclosing element in modern forestry plantation.  No archaeological monument or enclosure visible on any edition of the historic OSi maps or on any aerial imagery.
