Situated on the NNW side of a hillock surrounded by other hummocks and gently undulating pasture with good views to SE. Faint outline of levelled ringfort is barely visible on Digital Globe aerial photography. Depicted on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular-shaped enclosure (35m N-S; 32m E-W) with pond annotated ‘Pollmore’ c. 25m to N. Shown as an oval-shaped enclosure, delimited by two concentric lines and annotated ‘fort’ on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map. Described in 1971 as levelled monument with a second undated ASI report stating, ‘The site has been levelled and no surface features remain’ (SMR File).
