Situated on a rise in well drained undulating pasture-land with good views of the surrounding countryside. Lough Adeel 150m to SE. A sub-triangular shaped area (dims. 44m N-S x 42.4m E-W) enclosed by two low earth and stone banks with an intervening fosse. The inner bank is narrow, visible only from N-NE & from ESE-S-WSW, with a wide berm (max. Wth 3m) at S. The outer bank is visible from E-S-W. The interior rises slightly towards the centre, and has several slight humps and hollows of unknown significance.
