Situated on a small natural terrace in pasture-land on the E facing slope of a prominent hill. Earthwork (WM007-102----) 200m to NE. Monument now levelled and visible as a faint cropmark on Digital Glober aerial photograph taken November 2011. Ringfort described in 1975 as a large oval-shaped area (approx. diam. 53m NW-SE; 41m NE-SW) enclosed by two well preserved earthen banks with intervening deep round bottomed fosse. There is an entrance at E, represented by a gap in the inner bank (Wth 1.5m) a causeway (Wth 5.3m) through the fosse and a gap (Wth 1.3m) in the outer bank.
