Situated in pasture-land on E facing slope of steeply rising ground. Bishops Lough 440m to NNE. Townland boundary with Ranahinch immediately to NW. Ringfort (WM007-100----) 240m to NE. Ringfort (WM007-094---) 375m to WSW. An oval shaped area (approx. diam. 28m NE-SW; 22m NW-SE) enclosed by three earth and stone banks with intervening fosses. Causewayed entrance gap at NE. Townland boundary intersects the monument from NW-N. Sub-rectangular shaped hut site (WM007-096001-) in centre of interior, second hut site (WM007-096002-) in annexe on NE side of ringfort.
